Operational Analyst responsible for defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Capable of defining application problems by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes. Validates results by testing programs. Ensures operations by training client personnel and internal staff and providing support. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Provides reference by writing documentation. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Accountable for analyzing present-state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. Plans, organizes, monitors and controls projects using appropriate tools and techniques while effectively communicating with managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines and support needed.
