Includes guiding or advising others in the analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications. - Not only possesses full technical knowledge of most phases or systems analysis but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment. - Has a wide range of experience in recommending and applying requirements gathering and analysis methods. - Ability to recommend customer relationship management and presentation approaches to others. - Works on problems of diverse scope and complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors and creativity to determine an appropriate solution. - Exercises excellent judgment in selecting methods and techniques to obtain technical solutions. - Manages customer relationship conflicts effectively, which includes assisting other staff with suggestions and resolutions for escalated issues. - Story card creation, and additionally attending Scrum ceremonies qualifications: Core Skills - Expert proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), including building dashboards for tracking, reporting, and gap analysis. - Strong experience across the full SDLC, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stakeholder engagement. - Proven ability to write high quality PBIs and well structured requirements. - Excellent verbal and written communication, documentation, and analytical skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects or assignments simultaneously. - Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Technical & Business Acumen - Strong overall technology aptitude with excellent PC skills and the ability to learn new tools quickly. - Some development background, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams. - Experience working with vendors and third party partners. - Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and company integrations. Data & Governance Focus - Data driven mindset with experience in: o Data Governance o Data Observability & Quality o Reference Data Management o Data Requirements & Integration o Data Lineage o Data Integration Playbooks Interpersonal & Leadership Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels and lead others through change. - Demonstrated flexibility in adapting communication and interaction styles to achieve optimal customer outcomes. - Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve moderate to complex issues and appropriately escalate when needed. - Ability to foster a collaborative, team oriented environment and support departmental goals aligned to current and future company initiatives. Preferred skills and experiences: - Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies, particularly Scrum. - Experience writing requirements in Gherkin format. - Hands on or working knowledge of ETL, SSIS, SQL, Oracle, and Snowflake. - Experience with data lineage initiatives or tools such as: o Collibra (Data Governance) o Informatica (Enterprise Catalog) o Atlan (Active Metadata) o MANTA (Automated Data Lineage) o Apache Atlas o Ataccama -Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology, business discipline or related field of study and a minimum 6 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience. -In lieu of the above, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience. -In lieu of the above, a minimum of 8 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience.
