Our client is looking to hire a Junior Meeting Planner to Assist with the coordination of in person and virtual meetings and events, roadshows, and research trips. Works independently on standard/recurring assignments and under direct supervision of more senior staff on complex projects and tasks. Must be able to execute all aspects of meeting and event coordination including but not limited to: venue logistics, organizing the invitation process, and preparing meeting materials.
