Your Impact & Growth Opportunities: In this dynamic role, you will transform day-to-day operations into measurable supply chain achievements. You will have the autonomy to drive key execution cycles and champion on-time-in-full delivery performance. Lead the monthly supply planning cycle, proactively executing purchase orders (POs) and reviewing net need for specified licensed products. Coordinate and implement new season setup in the system, managing critical data elements like PIRs & Routings. Accelerate on-time delivery by rigorously following up on PO confirmation receipt dates (CRDs) and managing all CRD change requests with regional planning and vendors. Build strong partnerships by serving as a primary contact for vendors and factories, providing training and essential system support (INFOR). Analyze performance data to own all necessary INFOR shipment support (OC) and OTP reporting, contributing to weekly and quarterly business reviews. Streamline the execution of the Quarterly Global Production Report and deliver ad hoc reporting to support overall Licensed Goods Global Supply Planning. Essential Skills: 2 + years working as a Global Licensed Operations Analyst in a Corporate retail environment. Proven proficiency with Supply Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management principles. Demonstrated expertise in ERP/MRP Systems (e.g., INFOR or similar) for managing purchase orders, inventory, and system administration.
