If you have hands-on construction experience, excellent communication skills, and a desire to grow in a high-impact role, we want to hear from you. salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 7 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations across multiple active commercial job sites Act as the on-site representative in project meetings with general contractors and subcontractors Proactively resolve field issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines Coordinate closely with internal teams to align project schedules, materials, and change orders Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and site personnel Cultivate professional relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company with integrity Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, preferably with general contractors or specialty trades Proven background as a Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Field Coordinator Understanding of construction project lifecycles and job site dynamics Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills Not afraid of heights accessed by boom lift.
