We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented 3rd Shift Production Workers to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assembling plastic bins, ensuring product quality, and preparing items for shipment to meet customer demands. You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, where efficiency and attention to detail are key. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work with hand tools, and a commitment to workplace safety. Inspect products for defects or damage before finalizing assembly. Operate hand tools or machinery to secure bin components as needed. Stack, package, and label finished bins for shipment. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Assist with inventory control by tracking completed units and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Load completed products onto pallets and prepare them for transportation. Perform other warehouse or assembly duties as assigned.
