You'll work collaboratively with your team to assemble various components, ensuring every boat meets our strict standards for quality and safety. Reading and interpreting blueprints and work orders to assemble components accurately. Using hand and power tools to install parts, hardware, and accessories. Working with moving mechanical parts and equipment. salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 5 AM - 3:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Installing fiberglass hulls, decks, and parts in accordance with Company quality and safety standards. Determining part placement visually and/or by utilizing detailed blueprints, work standards, tools, jigs, or fixtures. Handling and applying sealants, adhesives, and primers, including safely disposing of each according to Company procedures. Using hand, battery and pneumatic tools. Providing verbal and/or written status updates on work performed. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment. Performing housekeeping and maintenance duties in the Assembly area. Providing and maintaining personal took kit (see attached list). Performing other duties as assigned.
