Mold Change Expertise: Execute the critical task of changing molds according to production schedules, performing all necessary setups to return machines immediately to operation-ready status. Preventative Leadership: Lead routine and predictive maintenance programs (PM) to ensure optimal machine performance, efficient building system operation, and structural integrity. Equipment Repair & Installation: Assemble, install, align, balance, and repair production machinery and facility equipment, including complex mechanical systems. Injection Molding equipment and Boiler knowledge is strongly preferred. Quality & Leadership Support: Step in as a technical leader, assisting the Supervisor in directing daily work orders and maintenance schedules, monitoring work quality, and driving Lean Manufacturing principles. MUST-HAVE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of total experience in a manufacturing environment. Expert Knowledge of Electrical Systems (Required). Expert Knowledge of High- & Low-Pressure Fluid Systems (Required). Mastery of machine repair, equipment maintenance, and tooling (e.g., repairing or replacing defective equipment parts, changing molds). High proficiency in Blueprint Reading and applying Quality Control Analysis to evaluate system performance.
