In this role, you aren't just answering phones, you are managing the "final mile" of the delivery experience, ensuring our promises are kept and every customer is delighted. What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like In this fast-paced logistics environment, you will manage a variety of operational and service-based tasks: Omni-channel Support: Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email with a focus on professional and calm communication. Logistics Coordination: Monitor the real-time progress of delivery routes to ensure on-time performance. Operational Precision: Scan haul-away pods, verify stamps, and process critical changes or cancellations to delivery orders. Conflict Resolution: Diagnose and assess delivery issues, providing quick and effective solutions to keep our customers happy. What You’ll Need to Excel Minimum Requirements: Technical Savvy: Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Availability: Ability to work the designated shift schedules, including rotating Saturday coverage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: 1+ years of experience in a customer service or call center environment (Logistics or Supply Chain experience is a major plus). Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
