Master Lien & Bond Laws: Prepare lien notices and bond claims that comply with state statutes to secure our accounts. Navigate Legal Security: Review open AR by project and execute legal waivers and releases with precision. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with sales and branch management to resolve complex disputes and mitigate credit risks. What You Bring: Industry Expertise: 4+ years of B2B collections experience specifically within the construction or general contracting space. Lien & Waiver Mastery: At least 2 year of hands-on experience with lien releases, waivers, and bond claim procedures is required. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or High Radius is a plus.
