We are looking for Clinical Consultants to join our team in a travel role. This position will travel nationwide (expenses reimbursed) to go onsite at the hospitals to assist with upgrading the current software (Flex Hemodynamic) to the Hemo specific app. This position is 90% travel. Job Responsibilities: - Bridging Healthcare and IT, focusing on configuring, optimizing and supporting systems to improve clinical workflows and patient care, requiring collaborations with clinicians and IT, system training and workflow analysis - Leads clinical discussions with healthcare customers- Conducts detailed workflow assessments at healthcare facilities to identify opportunities for optimizing clinical processes through the integration of organization's solutions, ensuring alignment with customer goals.- Works under limited supervision and broad guidelines, regularly applying independent judgment on matters of significance to drive project success and compliance.- Provides advanced training to healthcare professionals on new system, focusing on the full functionality and best practices for using organization's solutions, helping to maximize their clinical impact.- Participates in the implementation of organization's solutions, working closely with customers to ensure the deployment meets their specific clinical and operational requirements, and addressing any challenges that arise.- Resolves moderately complex troubleshooting and support tasks, addressing issues that arise during the implementation and use of organization's solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and effective solutions.- Collects and analyzes customer feedback throughout the sales and implementation phases, using this information to refine organization's products and services and improve customer outcomes.- Stays informed about the latest developments in clinical practices and organization's technologies, ensuring that your expertise remains current and relevant to support customers effectively.- Cultivates effective relationships with internal and external partners, providing influence over projects and peer groups by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the area of specialization. Minimum required Education:Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent. .
