We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join the 3rd-shift production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the core manufacturing process by melting and forcing raw materials, such as plastics or metals, through specialized dies to shape precise profiles, pipes, or sheets. Operating within a highly structured, department-driven environment, you will collaborate across teams to maintain a continuous production flow, meet strict quality standards, and uphold a safety-first culture.salary: $20 - $21 per hourshift: Thirdwork hours: 6 PM - 4 AMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilitiesMachine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines to process materials according to specific job orders and technical blueprints. Process Monitoring: Manage temperature controls, speed, and pressure settings to ensure raw materials melt and shape correctly through the die. Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect finished profiles, pipes, or sheets for defects, ensuring all dimensions meet strict engineering and department tolerances. Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate smoothly with up and downstream production departments (such as Material Handling, Quality Control, and Packaging) to maintain an efficient workflow. Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety protocols (LOTO, PPE).
