LOCATION: 100% Onsite in San Francisco 94103 SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday TYPE: Contract to Hire PAY: $33.00 - $38.00 salary: $33 - $38 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Perform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents to verify quantities, pricing, and terms, resolving discrepancies with vendors and internal departments (Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse). Process a high volume of invoices related to the fashion supply chain, including raw materials, manufacturing, logistics, and other operational expenses. Manage vendor relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, resolving payment issues, and maintaining accurate vendor records in Oracle. Prepare and analyze Accounts Payable aging reports to monitor outstanding liabilities, prioritize payments, and identify potential issues, ensuring timely payments to vendors in accordance with agreed-upon terms. Reconcile vendor statements to company records, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate accounts and prevent past-due balances. Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, checks) using Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing accruals, reconciling AP sub-ledger to the general ledger, and providing supporting documentation for audits.
