This role will be responsible for the full HR function, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, benefits, leaves, compliance, policy and program development. The ideal candidate will have several years of Human Resources experience in a leadership role. salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Serve as a key business partner to leadership, overseeing the full lifecycle of HR strategy, including recruitment, compensation, shared governance, and data-driven metric reporting. Define and implement strategies to build an "employer of choice" culture through high-touch onboarding, engagement programs, and seamless offboarding processes. Partner with managers to drive performance management, employee coaching, and the creation of clear career paths and succession plans. Lead initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, providing the necessary training and strategy to help a diverse workforce thrive. Ensure strict adherence to federal and state employment laws, including Federal Title IX regulations, and conduct regular audits of all HR policies and procedures.
