job summary: Lead top-tier interior build-outs as a Construction Project Manager in Dallas, TX! Bring 3+ years of TI/remodel experience and budget skills to Our Client, a premier facility management firm transforming active commercial spaces with zero hassle. You will be the driving force behind our commercial interior and facility lifecycle projects. You will oversee projects from the initial bid through to successful closeout, working entirely within existing commercial spaces. This role requires a hands-on leader who can coordinate subcontractors, manage project financials, ensure site safety, and navigate the unique challenges of working inside already-completed, often occupied, buildings. location: DALLAS, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: High School responsibilities: Oversee interior commercial construction, tenant improvements, and facility repair projects from conception and bidding to final walkthrough.Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets.
