Responsibilities As a key member of our team, you will: Process Accounts: Handle tag fulfillment requests and process new and existing customer accounts. Manage Correspondence: Respond to incoming mail, emails, and faxes, updating accounts and fulfilling requests for statements and mounting strips. Provide Phone Support: Answer calls from customers with questions about their accounts. You'll process payments, update account information, and provide technical assistance for our online and mobile app services. Resolve Issues: Address customer disputes and document their concerns. You'll also make outgoing calls to follow up on processed correspondence. Handle Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with customers regarding transponder replacements, incomplete registrations, or improper use of transponders. You'll also assist walk-in customers.
