One of the Northeast's most respected and fastest growing Personal Injury law firms is adding a Workers' Compensation Attorney to their team.  The firm has a proven marketing program in place so there is NO expectation that you bring in business.  This role does NOT require workers' compensation law experience. The role requires that you be licensed in Rhode Island AND Massachusetts. They will train you on how to practice workers' compensation law.  You will be the first workers' comp attorney on the team. If you are business minded and interested in growth, there will be an opportunity for you to grow and lead the workers' comp department.  The first three months are IN OFFICE in Cranston, RI. After that, the role is fully remote, with the caveat that you will be expected to make in person court appearances in RI and MA.  First year compensation includes a base salary of $85,000-105,000 + bonus based on the settlement fees you negotiate on behalf of clients.
