We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as Benefit Representatives for Medicare Open Enrollment. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate and efficient enrollment processing, data validation, and related financial activities. This is a project-based position focused on backend operations and is not a call center role (no inbound calls). You will primarily be processing enrollment information, verifying member eligibility, and performing manual enrollments. There will also be outbound calls to members to verify information. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to cross-train across multiple departments/specialties within our line of business, providing diverse experience and growth potential.
