Operate Machinery: Run, monitor, and maintain production equipment to meet output goals. Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and sanitize the production area and equipment. Perform Quality Checks: Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product specifications are met. Document Work: Precisely record all manufacturing steps in batch records and logbooks. Troubleshoot & Coordinate: Address minor equipment issues and work with maintenance for repairs. Follow Procedures & Safety: Strictly adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines, including proper PPE use. Calibrate & Clear Lines: Perform and document line clearances, instrument calibrations, and verifications. Keep Accurate Records: Maintain organized and accurate records of all production activities. Support Quality: Assist in identifying and resolving production deviations with the quality team. Ensure Readiness: Uphold inspection readiness by following cGMP and Good Documentation Practices.
