We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Air Import Coordinator / Data Entry Specialist to join our logistics team. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless flow of international air freight. You will be responsible for high-volume, high-accuracy data entry, managing complex air import documentation, and maintaining constant communication with carriers and customers to ensure on-time delivery.salary: $20 - $23 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesAir Import & Logistics Coordination End-to-End Coordination: Oversee the air import process from origin to final destination, including carrier scheduling and real-time tracking. Documentation Mastery: Prepare and audit essential shipping documents, including Air Waybills (AWB), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs forms. Arrival Management: Coordinate with ground handlers and brokers to ensure smooth cargo arrival and clearance. Data Entry & Systems Management High-Volume Entry: Input shipment data into internal Logistics Management Systems with 100% accuracy to prevent clearance delays. Record Integrity: Maintain digital and physical files, ensuring all shipment milestones and costs are updated in real-time. Discrepancy Resolution: Audit shipment records against physical manifests to identify and resolve data inconsistencies immediately. Communication & Support Customer Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact for shipment status, providing proactive updates and resolving delays. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance (for billing/invoicing) and Operations to optimize terminal handling and delivery schedules. Office Administration: Perform general administrative tasks to support the logistics hub as needed.
