Candidate Requirements Location Required: Must live in the Tampa or surrounding areas (No Orlando). Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of recruiting/sourcing experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Agency Background: 2+ years of Staffing Agency background is preferred. Skills: solid business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to source all types of roles, including high-volume requisitions. Compensation: All offers are made based on experience, and pay will be determined at the time of offer. Work Arrangement: Currently Hybrid/Remote, but will eventually be required to work onsite. Highly Valued Experience: Candidates with 8+ years of experience may qualify for maximum pay rates. Preferred Backgrounds: Agency Account Management (Highly valued). Healthcare, Physician Office, Tech, or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) experience. Core Skills & Certifications Required Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in social networking/internet sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.). Preferred Certifications: Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute high-volume, urgent recruitment strategies, including sourcing, behavioral interviewing, assessment review, offer extension, and onboarding oversight. Relationship Management: Build and maintain exceptional rapport with managers, providing a "white-glove" service experience throughout the hiring process. Required Travel/Visits: Manage a dedicated book of business, requiring mandatory site visits and meetings with location managers on a quarterly basis (and more frequently as required by location). Market Expertise: Conduct external labor market scanning and educate hiring managers on talent conditions. Location & Schedule Requirements Work Location: Tampa, Florida - MUST LIVE IN THE TAMPA AREA and will work remotely. Travel Schedule: Required to conduct regular site visits and attend hiring events to support your book of business.
