The Randstad Digital (RD) Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational support and logistics for the RD Training and Development (T&D) team. Reporting to the RD Director, Training & Development, this role serves as the crucial link between the T&D team, the Director T&D and our stakeholders by providing outstanding internal customer service and operational support and ensures the successful planning, execution, and reporting of all training programs. Key responsibilities include managing training program logistics (scheduling), developing detailed reporting, and implementing process improvements and automation to enhance team efficiency. Location: candidate must sit within 30 miles of an RD office and be available to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) EST or CST business hours. This includes managing the internal T&D Inbox and serving as the primary operational point of contact for program participants and T&D staff. Achieve results by leading cross-functional projects and coordinating resources (e.g., vendors, internal teams). This role manages a specialized operational function that supports the company's Training and Development goals. Mentor and provide operational guidance to T&D team members and associated support staff responsible for providing administrative and logistical support. Manage T&D Program Logistics: Oversee Cohort Scheduling, coordinate Guest Speaker Coordination, and manage the creation and distribution of Post-Session Summaries. Maintain and manage key assets such as Calendar Shell Templates, Leadership Communication Templates, and Post Session Summary Templates. Administer key T&D processes including New Hire Process Management, processing Udemy New Hire Requests, and providing Internal Team Onboarding Support. Manage Data Integrity and Reporting: Develop and maintain Tableau Dashboards and Reporting to provide greater visibility into program outcomes. Analyze KPIs and data to draw conclusions and provide recommendations. Oversee all program tracking and auditing, including Attendance Tracking, Attendance - Completion Audit, Assignment Tracker, Cohort Tracking, Survey Feedback, and Assessment Management - Completion. Generate and communicate regular performance reports, including RU (LMS) Reporting, Training Hours Report, Performance Reporting, and Quarterly QBR Reporting. Manage LMS Content Management and provide general LMS Administration support. Consistently review processes and procedures for opportunities to optimize and evolve the team. Drive operational efficiency through the management of SOP Creation & Management and the automation of administrative tasks (e.g., using Appscript/Gems). Consistently reviews team customer service delivery levels for both internal and external stakeholders, holding the team accountable to high standards. What you need to bring: 7+ years of progressive experience in operations required Proficiency using Gemini and AI to optimize your work Exceptional Detail-Orientation and Organization skills Power user of all things g-suite and advanced personal computer skills with MS Excel Demonstrated ability to automate processes via tools such as Gems and Appscript is highly desirable. Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to set goals and meet deadlines exhibiting strong time management skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced, changing environment. Ability to flex communication style as appropriate for the audience.
