About the Role Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director of Human Resources and Office Operations will join the Executive Team to lead all HR and office functions. This is a strategic, hands-on role for an adaptable leader who will manage a small team and shape an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will be instrumental in blending big-picture strategy with tactical execution to support the organization's global mission. Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy; manage and mentor the HR, IT, and Operations team. Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management cycles. Manage total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and broker relationships. Direct HR operations (payroll, HRIS, leave admin) and ensure legal compliance. Supervise all office operations, including facilities, vendor management, and commercial insurance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM certification preferred. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. Proven expertise across core HR functions (recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance) and operations management skills. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems. Nonprofit and/or international workforce experience is a plus.
