job summary: Seeking a high-performing Field Controls Engineer with significant experience with PLCs and industrial controls. This candidate will help in the diagnosting and testing of industrial air pollution controls equipment. Paid relocation, automatic 3% 401k matching, and bonus incentive program available.Candidate will be traveling 30-40% of the time to meet with clients nationally and internationally (during the business working week). Candidates must have very significant experience with Allen Bradley and/or TIA Portal for Siemens PLCs. Must have Spanish speaking skills. location: Spring, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $95,000 - 120,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, requirements, and challenges in relation to industrial air pollution equipment.Conduct equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance.Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Offer training to clients' personnel on the operation and maintenance of products or systems.Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to relay technical information and project updates.Generate detailed technical reports, including equipment status, maintenance activities, and recommendations.Participate in the development and improvement of product documentation, manuals, and guidelines. Education/Experience: Candidates must be able to connect to, communicate, and make changes and edits inside PLC programs.Must have Engineering/Mechanical Degree (preferred Controls and/or Industrial)Candidates must have some level of Spanish speaking skills.
