Reporting to the Director of Production, you will be the driving force behind all production phases, ensuring that creative designs are successfully translated into high-quality, physical deliverables.salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Exhibit deep understanding of varied fabrication processes, material properties, and sequencing for complex builds. Including but not limited to hands on background in CNC operations, woodworking, metalwork, and specialty finishes. Oversee the entire project lifecycle on the shop floor, identifying potential bottlenecks and maintaining strict production timelines. Partner with Design and Engineering teams to validate that artistic concepts are feasible for construction and installation. Manage daily labor allocations and assign work orders to supervisors and fabricators to maximize shop performance and team capacity. Serve as the primary mentor for the production crew, providing ongoing coaching, conducting performance reviews, and spearheading new training initiatives. Enforce rigorous quality standards for all outputs and maintain a proactive safety culture throughout the facility. Collaborate with business development teams to provide technical input on fabrication methods and labor estimates during the bidding process.
