Reporting to Executive Leadership, you will bridge the gap between strategy and frontline results by leading Store Department Managers and Territory Sales Managers to drive market share, P&L excellence, and consistent brand standards.salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Regional Leadership: Provide direct coaching and accountability for Sales, Service, Parts, and Rental managers. Ensure all locations align with enterprise KPIs and operating standards. Financial Management: Full regional P&L ownership. Manage revenue, margins, and expense control while overseeing inventory turns and capital efficiency. Sales & Market Growth: Lead Territory Sales Managers to increase market share against competitors (CAT, Deere, etc.). Oversee prospecting, deal structures, and sales process discipline. Operational Oversight: Drive shop efficiency and technician productivity in Service/Parts, and optimize fleet utilization and ROI within Rental operations. Talent & Culture: Recruit and develop high-performing leaders through regular performance reviews, coaching, and succession planning. Process Excellence: Ensure SOP compliance, maintain manufacturer brand standards, and act as the escalation point for complex operational issues.
