Research jobs to verify payment status and complete proper lien waivers (scan, email/mail or send overnight as requested). Enter all preliminary and lien notice information into the NCS website for Commercial jobs as requested by the CFS Credit Analysts. Execute and file liens on behalf of the CFS departments Credit Analysts. Prefer candidates with a working knowledge of construction lien laws and state specific notice/lien requirements. Submit property owner search requests to NCS for notices and Analyst’s requests. Complete joint check acknowledgement letters and mail. Sort and distribute mail for the Credit department. Prepare outgoing mail as requested (Regular mail, certified letters, and demand letters with tracking information input into the Get-Paid AR system) Call customers for updated addresses for returned mail and provide the correct information to the Customer Maintenance department.
