You will: Manage Financial Operations: Process invoices with precision, review them for accuracy against purchase orders, and track them through the payment cycle. You will also handle and maintain purchase order requests and filing systems. Coordinate Critical Agreements: Administer third-party and related agreements, serving as a key liaison between internal teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and track status. Facilitate Vendor & Data Onboarding: Spearhead the onboarding of data, manage contracts, and coordinate training schedules for major vendors. You'll ensure new initiatives launch smoothly and efficiently. Support Data Budget & Team: Assist in meticulously tracking the data budget and training users on key systems.
