We're looking for a highly organized and experienced professional to manage our daily office operations. This key role involves overseeing patient services from check-in to check-out, managing scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations, and supervising a dynamic team of administrative and clinical staff. You will be responsible for all billing functions, ensuring accuracy in coding and claims, and handling patient inquiries to guarantee excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also participate in hiring and training, enforce HIPAA-compliant policies, and collaborate closely with providers to maintain seamless clinical workflows across all three of our locations.
