Develop an empathetic rapport and maintain top-tier customer service with diverse patient families and staff. Maintain strict adherence to productivity standards, computer data-entry rules, and HIPAA compliance laws. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, with a strict requirement for fast-paced hospital or ER department background. General knowledge of managed care plans, scheduling logistics, medical billing, and medical terminology. strong technical proficiency navigating personal computers, entry databases, and Epic electronic health records. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational document. High scheduling flexibility with minimal Requested Time Off (RTO) due to high department urgency.
