We are seeking a Trade Relations and Research Assistant to support the official trade office for Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating and maintaining a proprietary database by making phone calls, conducting online research, and entering data. This is a temporary, part-time position with the possibility of extension, offering a great opportunity to gain international business experience. Qualifications: strong communication skills, particularly on the phone. Ability to handle a high volume of calls and research tasks. Proficiency with online research tools (Google, LinkedIn, etc.). Experience with or ability to quickly learn database systems. Reliable and detail-oriented. Interest in international relations or trade is a plus. Details: Schedule: 25-32 hours per week, with a flexible schedule. The office is open from 9 am to 5 pm. Duration: 1-month temporary contract, with the potential for extension. Research: Utilize various online tools and databases to verify and acquire new contact information. Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain data in the office’s database.
