We are seeking Seasonal Customer Care Representatives to join our call center team during the busy holiday season. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver white-glove, concierge-style customer service that reflects the luxury and tradition of our established brand. Process orders through multiple systems, including SAP, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and CRM tools. Handle customer requests across multiple channels (calls, emails, voicemails, chats) with professionalism and accuracy. Provide luxury-level service that elevates the customer experience, including personalized recommendations and attentive follow-up. Escalate urgent quality or food safety concerns using established protocols. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions for seamless follow-up and order processing. Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and team to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. Requirements Customer service experience required, preferably in luxury, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, concierge, sales, or food/consumer services. Proficiency with computers; experience with IVR call centers, SAP order entry, Shopify, and/or Salesforce is a plus. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-8pm (shift varies) Why Join Our Team?
