This position provides essential administrative support to the Properties department, handling a wide range of tasks related to facility and vehicle management. The role involves data entry, record keeping, and report generation, as well as coordinating with contractors and managing supply inventories. You'll be the primary point of contact for many day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with standards and providing critical support to the Properties Administration and Operations teams. The position will pay between $16.78-$18/hour depending upon experience. Oversee Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and order janitorial, office, and building-related supplies, including appliances and furniture. Coordinate with Contractors & Vendors: Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, processing invoices, reconciling payments, and maintaining their Certificates of Insurance and confidentiality statements. Support Facilities Management: Assist with property moves and relocations, track vehicle insurance for staff, and help manage work orders.
