In this role, you’ll be a critical partner in ensuring our clients successfully navigate and manage their online commercial card platforms.salary: $27.14 - $27.15 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Federal Government and commercial clients, providing expert technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. You will support the management of online commercial card platforms, ensuring a seamless and positive user experience. Actively listen to client concerns to diagnose root causes and determine the most effective course of action. Your goal is to achieve final issue resolution while maintaining maximum client satisfaction and platform integrity. Perform complex record-keeping tasks, including entering new account data, updating existing account information, and recording high-volume transactions. You will receive, classify, and summarize sensitive documents to ensure all records are accurate and current. Work within a team-oriented environment, partnering closely with account management teams to support large-scale credit card programs and provide essential administrative reporting.
