job summary: A Spare Parts Support Specialist to provide critical support in resolving equipment issues related to spare parts across production and facilities. This role will serve as a key point of contact between maintenance, engineering, vendors, and plant operations to ensure timely resolution of spare parts-related failures and improve parts availability and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a 2-year technical degree or at least 4 years of relevant experience in engineering or maintenance support. Self-management, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD tools, and the ability to interpret machine drawings. Candidates with prior experience in automotive manufacturing, MSP, or shop maintenance, and familiarity with systems like Maximo, PEPS, and SAP will be strongly considered.
