If you’re interested in learning more, please apply below!! salary: $30 - $36 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: Serve as HR point of contact for employees and candidates; support onboarding, offboarding, and hiring coordination Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and HRIS data; ensure payroll and benefits accuracy Lead employee lifecycle processes including performance reviews, compliance tracking, and documentation updates Coordinate internal communications around HR policies, benefits updates, and organizational priorities Generate and deliver HR reports and metrics to support leadership Support process improvement, system implementation, and cross-departmental collaboration Assist with change management initiatives, tool rollouts, and people-focused projects Assist with administrative and other tasks as needed Qualifications: 3–6 years of experience in HR/payroll or people operations (nonprofit or mission-driven orgs preferred) Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Paycom, ADP, Ceridian, Ultipro) and Excel High-level communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Proven ability to manage sensitive information with discretion Experience designing and implementing people processes and documentation Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Commitment to equity, inclusion, and values-aligned decision-making Union exposure is preferred SkillsHuman Resources (3 years of experience is required)Compliance (3 years of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 4 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
