This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for all new hires. As the administrative expert for the onboarding process, you will provide essential front-line support to hiring managers, new employees, and applicants. You will work collaboratively with recruiters and leadership to manage various aspects of talent acquisition, with a primary focus on ensuring new hires meet all compliance requirements in accordance with relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
