We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our clients team and provide expert HR solutions across key business areas. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leadership and the HR Service Center to manage performance, employee relations, coaching, and talent acquisition. You will implement HR policies, support supervisors in managing employee performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute company-wide initiatives. Additionally, you'll oversee new hire onboarding, drive inclusion, manage Workers Compensation, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Collaborate with HRSC and VP of HR on performance management, employee relations, coaching, and talent acquisition. Implement and communicate HR policies with employees, unions, and management. Advise supervisors on performance management, coaching, and feedback. Partner with agencies and leadership to improve processes and relationships. Work with cross-functional teams to execute HR initiatives in Talent Management, Benefits, and Payroll. Lead the onboarding process and support change management. Assist with annual performance reviews and talent calibrations. Manage FMLA, STD, FLSA, and Workers Compensation issues. Provide HR support for the Connecticut plants.
