Randstad has partnered with an organization in Wilmington to assist with filling their permanent, full time Human Resources Manager opportunity. This role is responsible for handling all the HR functions for the organization. The key responsibilities will be within talent acquisition, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining the company culture, employee development, performance management, employee relations, compliance, employee engagement, benefits, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have several years of Human Resources experience handling all of the above aspects of HR. salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to: Collaborate with leadership on creating and implementing an empowering company culture. Create initiatives around employee engagement. Develop recruitment strategies Manage the recruitment process and onboarding. Advise and coach leadership on employee engagement and motivation. Handle employee concerns and ensure issues are addressed and resolved promptly. Continuously verify compliance with laws and regulations. Develop and update policies and procedures. Review the employee handbook and modify accordingly. Manage the benefits program and answer any questions. Conduct compensation analysis. Payroll - verify timekeeping and resolve any issues, ensure compliance, prepare reports, process on time. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience handling all aspects of HR SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP, preferred Excellent with HR strategies, policy creation and implementation Proficient with problem solving and conflict resolution.
