Travel Coordination: Handle all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. This includes proactively managing changes and last-minute adjustments. Communication & Gatekeeping: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prioritize and manage the President's email inbox, drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on their behalf as requested. Professionally screen and manage phone calls. Meeting Preparation: Prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, reports, and agendas. Track action items and ensure timely follow-up on decisions and tasks stemming from meetings. Expense & Reporting: Process and track expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
