Workflow & Coordination: Assist in coordinating staff scheduling and supervising daily workflow across the multi-location environment. Administrative Tasks: Execute various administrative duties as needed to support clinic leadership and ensure compliance. Front/Back Office Assistance: Provide support to both front-office (scheduling, patient registration) and back-office (clinical support coordination) functions. Efficiency Management: Actively contribute to maintaining a high standard of patient care efficiency and professional experience. Support the Office Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations across all clinic locations. Facilitate the coordination of provider schedules, clinic room assignments, and seamless patient flow management. Assist with proactive inventory management, ensuring adequate stock of office and medical supplies across all sites.
