Our client is looking for an HR Coordinator to join their team on a temp to hire basis for a fully onsite position at a fast growing company. They need someone who can handle a high volume of onboarding taks, manage an HRIS system, and coordinate with talent directing them on which teams can resolve their inquiries. If this sounds like you, please click to apply! salary: $25 - $30 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Own the full lifecycle of employee onboarding, from pre-onboarding communication to Day 1 orientation, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. Welcome new hires as their fi rst point of contact, ensuring they feel supported and excited about their new role. Complete necessary pre-hire checks, including background and drug screenings, and employment verifi cations to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding. Ensure timely enrollment of new hires in orientation sessions and relevant training programs. Accurately enter data into Workday, ensuring profi les are complete for assigned departments, hospitals, or business units. Provide first-line support to employees via the service delivery ticketing system, addressing HR-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Troubleshoot and escalate HR-related service issues as needed, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. Assist with improving service delivery processes, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) and response times are consistently met. Ensure I-9 compliance by completing the I-9s by the third day of employment, proactively following up with leaders on I-9 compliance on a weekly basis. Monitor progress of the onboarding checklist, ensure all onboarding tasks are completed and maintain state-specific checklists for new hires in HRIS.
