Your clinical expertise and customer service mindset will play a vital role in maintaining product integrity and client trust.salary: $21 - $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesAs a Veterinary Product Support Specialist, job duties include: Receive and respond to product inquiries, complaints, and suspected adverse events from veterinarians, technicians, consumers, and internal personnel via phone, email, or mail. Provide accurate information regarding proper product use, extra-label applications, adverse events, perceived lack of efficacy, packaging issues, and literature requests. Accurately document all interactions and reports in the validated PVWorks database in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory guidelines (FDA, USDA, EPA, GMP). Ensure adherence to compliance, pharmacovigilance, and GMP requirements. Escalate cases to Technical Services Veterinarians as necessary. Qualifications: 3 + years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting as a veterinary assistant and/or technician role. Associate Degree or higher in Life Sciences or Veterinary Technology. Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to work within a regulatory compliance environment. Solid understanding of veterinary practices, clinical terminology, and procedures. This role requires flexibility and initiative in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
