This position will require content development and facilitation for the new system that CCUL will be using to manage Customer accounts. The Facilitator II consistently demonstrates and exemplifies best practices in the areas of content development, facilitation and system proficiency on software used by Agents for Customer transactions. Ability to train in the remote environment is a necessary requirement for this role. Candidates must be skilled in writing training content in the form of training manuals, job aids, and reference guides. The Facilitator II works collaboratively with Learning Business Partners, business representatives and others within L&D to support the achievement of business and organizational objectives while exemplifying client's brand and culture. Ensures consistent alignment to overall L&D maintenance strategy as it relates to facilitation - Consistently demonstrates knowledge and practice of effective adult education principles, problem solving techniques, discussion leading, effective questioning and conflict resolution Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Learning & Development, particularly in the areas of content development, facilitation; and/or demonstrated consistently excellent performance in facilitation 2-4 years demonstrated people leader experience within or outside Learning & Development - Meets regulatory requirements and/or licensing for facilitation of specific business programs supported as required - Demonstrated confident and credible collaborative partnering within L&D and with Business Partners in areas of expertise in order to become a subject matter expert - Understands the bank, the industry, and the customer/client; consistently makes connections between current role and business realities (makes meaning) for others, including peers and clients as appropriate - Proven strong facilitation skills; subject matter expert in facilitation of content across all modalities (including virtual delivery);
