job summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op Student to join our Discovery Targeted Therapy team, oncology research. This role provides hands-on experience in experimental biology within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment focused on oncology drug discovery. The successful candidate will support ongoing research projects and contribute to the generation of high-quality data that advances our understanding of disease biology and drug mechanisms of action in relevant cellular systems. location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $25.00 - 29.23 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Masters responsibilities: Perform in vitro experiments, including cell culture, compound treatment and assay development.Collect, analyze, and clearly communicate experimental data to project team members.Maintain accurate and well-organized experimental records in electronic lab notebooks.Perform routine laboratory tasks such as reagent preparation, sample handling, and data recording.Support cellular and molecular biology techniques (e.g., RT-PCR, Western blotting, ELISA, immunofluorescent staining) under supervision.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.Perform data collection, analysis, and documentation to support ongoing research.Participate in regular team meetings and actively contribute to scientific discussions.Deliver reliable and reproducible experimental results within agreed timelines.Prepare a summary report and/or presentation highlighting project results, insights, and learnings.
