What You’ll Need to Succeed Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality. Equipment Mastery: Proficiency in operating both Sit-Down and Stand-Up forklifts. Experience: 2–5+ years in shipping/warehouse operations, ideally in industrial distribution. Leadership Drive: strong desire to move into higher leadership roles (Supervisor/Manager) down the line. Collaborative Nature: Ability to coach others and foster a team-first, accountable culture. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP/WMS systems).
