Our client is seeking a high-caliber Senior Paralegal to serve as a critical team player throughout the entire litigation lifecycle from initial discovery through trial, post-trial findings, and the appeals process. This position is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the "full-cycle" expertise to assist our attorneys in high-stakes depositions, hearings, and trials. The ideal candidate operates with a high degree of independent judgment and discretion, acting as a technical lead rather than administrative support.salary: $130,000 - $145,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities Case Lifecycle Management: Lead document collection, indexing, redaction, and production; manage e-discovery databases and file stripping at close. Analytical Support: Categorize documents, prepare fact chronologies, perform statistical analyses, and review transcripts for key references. Deposition & Trial Lead: Own logistics for depositions and trials; prepare witness/exhibit lists and depo designations; manage courtroom exhibits and time-tracking. Research & Liaison: Conduct factual/case law research (Lexis/Westlaw); serve as primary liaison for internal departments and outside counsel. Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in commercial or IP litigation; must have supported at least one trial. Technical Filing: Expert-level mastery of Federal and NY State (NYSCEF) e-filing, service of process, and CPLR/local court rules. Tools: Proficient in Lexis/Nexis, Docketing software, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat. Education: Bachelor’s degree and ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate.
