Including support for validations and calibrations.Build development plans and manage milestones and timelines.Support production trials to ensure project is on time.Support and prepare documentation for product trials and projects.Contribute to continuous improvement for the company by making suggestions/propositions.Able to interact with all levels of associates in a professional manner both internally and externally.Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Determines appropriate action beyond guidelines; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materialsproperly.Responsible to control and minimize environmental impacts of all activities within area of responsibility including, but not limited to: chemical spill potentials, atmosphere venting of chemicals and direct employee risks regarding handling of chemicals.Recurring physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, crouching, using tools, lifting up-to 15 pounds and on very rare occasion up to 100 pounds. qualifications: Minimum Requirements: BA/BS College degree with 10 years combine manufacturing, plant/operation, or technicalmanagement experience; or equivalent combination of education and experiences.Extensive knowledge in plastic, or medical device, or pharmaceutical processing. Understanding of cGMP and FDA requirement for manufacturing.In depth knowledge of aseptic filling of pharmaceutical products of Blow-Fill-Seal experience is a plus.Automation knowledge is a plus.
