If you thrive in a high-energy environment and want to make an impact on operational uptime, we want to hear from you!salary: $60,320 - $72,800 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 12 PM - 8:30 PMeducation: High SchoolResponsibilities Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines, following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, and engineering specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical malfunctions by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments. Dismantle devices to remove defective parts, using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools; examine parts for defects. Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts by inspecting used parts and using measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers. Adjust functional parts of devices and control instruments using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. Control downtime by informing production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques and monitoring compliance. Fabricate repair parts using machine shop instrumentation and equipment. Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies, placing and expediting orders, and verifying receipt.
