The Final Assembly Associate is responsible for performing hand soldering and mechanical assembly of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to IPC-A-610 Class 2 and/or 3 standards. Operating in a high-reliability production environment, this role involves assembling surface-mount and through-hole components using assembly drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials. Additionally, associates are expected to self-inspect all completed work to catch defects early and meet establish quality targets.
