Your responsibilities include: Leadership & Supervision: Effectively implement the RICOH Service Excellence methodology, lead, train, and manage direct reports, and ensure payroll accuracy. Client Interaction: Serve as the formal daily contact with the client, understanding the law firm's structure, and providing professional support to associates, paralegals, and partners. Operations & Quality: Oversee daily tasks and ensure job accuracy and quality on highly confidential and time-sensitive legal documents and projects. Financial & Workflow Management: Achieve shift profitability by supervising labor and supplies, maintain efficient workflow, and assist the account manager with monthly financial reporting. Technical Proficiency: Operate and provide training on complex machinery and maintain an updated knowledge of current technology and trends.
