This pivotal role involves leading equipment and line conversions linked to new primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions, ensuring manufacturing excellence for the Food & Beverage sector, including projects involving aseptic FDA-approved complete lines. YOUR SCOPE: Manufacturing Project Execution You are the primary integrator for all technical and manufacturing projects, accountable for end-to-end execution from pre-contracting to Customer Acceptance Validation (CAV). Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) Management: Ensure project success by actively monitoring project margin, scope of supply variation, and delivery timelines to meet established quality, budget, and schedule targets. Technical Integration & Risk: Translate customer needs into executable projects, evaluate technical feasibility, and manage project risks. You will proactively propose additional Service Products to secure project success and maximize customer satisfaction. Manufacturing and Installation Oversight: Lead the execution and control phase, managing data collection for project manufacturing and milestones. You are responsible for the project schedule (Gantt) related to installation, start-up, rump-up, Customer acceptance tests, and punch-list closure. Supply Chain & Supplier Management: Manage the follow-up of external suppliers, including 3rd party equipment, piping, and electrical works. On-Site Coordination & Safety: Manage the coordination of on-site technicians and develop and manage the Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S) coordination plan. Process Improvement: Ensure continual communication among all project actors and provide essential feedback for process and quality improvement opportunities. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date project information for reporting, monitor and update all Project systems (ERP and other internal digital tools), and interpret technical Engineering documents, operating instructions, and assembly drawings.
